Title: Coffee Orange Jello

1	pk	3 oz orange jello
1	tb	Instant decaffeinated coffee
1	c	Boiling water
1/4	c	Cold water
1	pk	3 oz cream cheese
8	oz	Can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/4	c	Chopped nuts
1/2	c	Flaked coconut

Dissolve jello and instant coffee in boiling water. Add cold water. Blend in cream cheese.

Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in pineapple,nuts and coconut.

Spoon into a one quart mold or individual molds. Chill until firm.

Unmold onto lettuce if desired.
